Do you appreciate your own efforts?
Most of us rely much on other people's appreciation. As not many people notice or find worth in our efforts, we never feel we are doing well enough.
People often wonder why their outdoor container plants do not do very well. One of the biggest factors contributing to these plants or trees dying is the most obvious, lack of water. You must never assume your plants have water even when you have had an abundance of rain. The leaves form an umbrella and keep the container dry. Water your outdoor plants regularly, regardless of how much rain you have.

We all went for a walk and a swim this morning, well I say all, Robert, who is down for the weekend and Michael joined Susan and I. Michael could not have chosen a better day to get back in the water. 13 degC and no wind, the sea was calm and maybe getting cooler but so worth the time in the water. Happy times are so few and far between, they both have their own lives and partners, making this time really special.

Taking of partners, Lauren is away in Manchester at a jewellery show, yep finally selling her handmade jewellery to some unsuspecting victims for an enormous amount of money. That girl has talent, being able to hop, skip and jump with the best of them but is very creative.
On the subject of creativity, those two are becoming masters at the art of making the ultimate cup of coffee.
Robert has just ordered a Sage Dual Boiler Espresso Machine.
The manufacturer claims the following;
The Sage Dual Boiler with commercial features delivers third wave speciality coffee at home using the 4 keys formula; It has a professional Dual Boiler construction that delivers unparalleled temperature control and simultaneous extraction and steaming.
Well, all I can say is they better read the instructions, this sounds much more than a machine that makes that first cup of the day, your body is screaming for. Keep a pack of instant in the cupboard.
Angela, if you and Matt want to go on this journey of discovery, look out for a Breville Coffee Machine, why? Both Sage and Breville are part of the Australian-based Breville Group Limited. However, the Sage by Heston Blumenthal brand name is for the United Kingdom and European markets; the rest of the world finds these products sold under the Breville name. Not quite sure what it is called in Tanzania, maybe my esteemed brother will let us know.
Just had my Flu Vaccination and they did point out after they had injected me that there could be some side effects, even gave me a list
Very common side effects in the first day or two may include:
having a painful, heavy feeling and tenderness in the arm where you had your injection. Yep, had that.
feeling tired. Yep, had that
headache, aches and chills. Only the aches but I have those anyway
mild flu-like symptoms. Yep, had that
fever (temperature 37.8°C or above) Luckily I seem to dodge that particular side effect
feeling generally unwell. Yep, had that
I must say it only lasted a day and hopefully, I will not get a bad bout of flu this year.
Russell in Tanzania has a garden of beauty beyond belief, 6 gardens and a head gardener takes care of his acres of gardens, in time he will be offering a garden walk for the humble subjects of Tanzania. The man is a marvel, not like the marvel comics but the real thing.

I would suggest a good Double espresso to get over those symptoms but since you seem to doubt my new machine maybe you’ll. have to do without my coffee artistry
We do have a very special family and they give of their time which is priceless and everlasting. And as you mentioned, we have a very talented family, but I would need to write a blog to recognise and address these many talents - often hidden and maybe linking to whether they all recognise their own efforts - to you all, I thank you and love you for being the amazing version of you x
